Description
Identify Prospects:
Research and identify potential clients who may be interested in managed workspace solutions. This includes startups, small businesses, freelancers, and corporations looking for flexible and collaborative office spaces.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the specific requirements and preferences of potential clients. Consult with them to identify their workspace needs, desired location, budget, and any additional requirements to determine the most suitable solutions.
- Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals to clients, including details on available spaces, lease terms, pricing, and amenities. Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the managed workspace industry. Analyze market conditions, identify new business opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal departments, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to occupancy. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating new leads, converting prospects into clients, and securing lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
