Job Summary:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Bizdesire, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and enhance our digital products.

This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high standard of quality.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
Continuously improve the user experience by iterating on design solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
