    Description

    We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team in Gurugram. As a full-time on-site employee, you will be responsible for overseeing social media strategies, content creation, and community management. You will work with cross-functional teams to create and execute social campaigns and analyze social media market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face (agency roles).
    • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
    • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
    • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
    • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
    • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
    • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages and blog content, or social media messages.
    • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
