Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise, plan, projectmanage, and execute growth marketing activities for B2B tech and service provider in their growth stage
Take part in strategic and management related processes
Plan and manage marketing initiatives
Develop and handle demand generation operations
Lead general, and sales enablement activities
Develop sales collateral and marketing materials for the sales team and for funnel marketing purposes
Lead special projects such as media collaborations, PR releases, and sponsorshipsHandle social media communications
Develop content marketing initiatives (such as blog articles, video content, webinars, etc.)
Be involved with strategic sessions, operational planning and budget planning.
Run data analytics measures

Skills:

12+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Marketing experience as a leader in young startups
Proven experience in reporting to startup founders
Proven experience in developing awareness and leading general programs in B2B markets.
Being a team player with a collaborative philosophy
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to toggle between multiple projects
Ability to multitask under pressureImpressive writing skill
