Your Role and Responsibilities
Purpose of the job:
Processing payments to Kyndryl suppliers through the Accounts Payable Systems.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Process payment runs in Accounts Payable System.
- Process payments through Treasury and eBank interfaces.
- Understand country specific requirements in the payment process and follow provided procedures and Internal Audit & Business Controls guidelines.
- Manage Debit balance cases, driving those to closure. Cooperate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Providing high quality and accurate work.
- Actively sharing acquired knowledge.
- Providing input, upto date status of completed and closed items to own team and management.
- Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of improvement projects.
- Maintaining good working relationships with all parties.
- Aid management in ad hoc projects, driving initiatives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 45 years of experience in P2P.
- To be aware of the EndtoEnd activities of Accounts Payable.
- English language proficiency.
- Confident Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Teamwork.
- Problem solving and visualisation of problems and solutions, critical thinking.
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to adapt and manage change effectively.
- Ability to communicate, organize and work by own initiative.
- Good time management with ability to prioritize effectively.
