Implementation Executive

Fresher/ Experienced
Responsibilities:
Configure the workflow as per customer requirements
Recommend standard flows and best practices
Conduct customer trainings
Collect master data
Interact with customers to ensure successful go-live
Upload master data
Train different sets of users
Activities:
Work with the customer to understand their data and business needs
Ensure the workflow is designed and set up correctly
Provide recommendations to customers on best practices and standard flows
Collect and upload master data
Communicate with customers regularly to ensure the implementation is progressing smoothly
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(English,Hindi, Kannada mandatory)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused approach to work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with standard implementation methodologies and best practices
Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher
Salary:
₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
