Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Work with the sales team to develop and execute presales strategies and solutions for customers
Understand the customer's needs and requirements and articulate the solution accordingly
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales proposals and presentations
Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations
Participate in trade shows and conferences as required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Graduates/Masters (nontechnical)
Minimum 1 year of experience in presales or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada and Tamil would be an added advantage
Good presence of mind and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Good listener and ability to understand customer requirements
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good organizational and timemanagement skills
