Educated to a relevant engineering degree in Electrical or production engineeringProduction Supervisor is responsible for supervision and control of production processes.

Production Supervisor should ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

Planning and organising production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Determining quality control standards
Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Supervising the work of junior staff
Organising relevant training sessions

Educated to a relevant engineering degree in Electrical or production engineering
