The Role Responsibilities

Job Summary

  • Provide inputs to stakeholders to enhance the quality of deliverables, productivity improvement and thereby reduce the delivery window / timelines.
  • Manage daytoday activities and provide timely resolution for the impediments reported by the team.
  • All artefacts prepared by self and the team, meets the standards and process requirements.
  • Ensure documentation of software product defects and track it to closure.
  • Adhere to the company's Compliance requirements and Policy standards.
  • No Defects leakage to UAT and Production.

Business

  • Preferably possess custody domain knowledge and can interact with Business and understand the Requirements.
  • Set appropriate tone and expectations, and work in collaboration with business and technology partners.
  • Participates in all phases of the project lifecycle and consistently delivers business value to our clients.
  • Should be able to assess the technical feasibility of the requirements and provide optimal solution.
  • Able to drive and support the technology challenges faced during various phases of the project.
  • Provide proactive selforienting and selfmotivating leadership, and work with limited direction.
  • Maintain delivery plan, manage task allocation, track progress and timelines.
  • Drive the continuous improvement on process and technology stack.
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Should have clear understanding of Change management process.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • BE / MCA / MSc / MS IT
years of experience in Java

  • Hands on experience in development activities and able to accomplish the assigned tasks within the schedule.
  • Indepth knowledge of Java J2EE, SpringBoot, API. Strong DB experience in Oracle and Postgres.
  • Hands on experience in either / or React JS / Angular JS is required.
  • Should be a good team player, good communicator and quick learner.
  • Hands on experience in deployment process.
  • Agile delivery knowledge is preferred.

Must have
Hands-on experience in design and development of

  • Single Page Applications using React.
JS (preferred) or AngularJS.

  • Microservices development using Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, REST API.
  • Experience with tools like Junit, Maven and Jenkins.
  • Experience in SQL databases like Postgres and Oracle.
Good to have experience in design and development of

  • Business process workflows using BPMN tools like Camunda, jBPM, etc.
  • Business rules using framework like Drools.
  • Dashboards using Kibana.
