Responsibilities and Duties

Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product
Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product
Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal
Keeping the customer database maintained and updated
Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities
Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects

Required Experience and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:
Any Degree

Industry:Automobile [2 wheeler preferred], Hospitality, Finance/ Insurance, Retail, Communications

Minimum experience: 1 year preferably in Automobile/customer relationship roles/ Freshers can also apply

Profile:Strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes and norms
