Customer Support Executive - Mumbai, India - Supportstraw
Description
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for understanding, handling, and coordinating the entire customer support journey for our clients, and delivering an exceptional support experience.
You must have impeccable reading, writing, and communication (English) skills & hands-on Excel skills
It will be important to have an understanding of WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Business API.
Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product discrepancies
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues (including basic technical) are resolved
- Interpersonal skills to interact positively with the team
- Should have proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and handson Excel skills
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of support experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Good knowledge & experience with CRMs & Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Other languages known would be an added bonus)
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹14, ₹18,500.00 per month
