Roles and Responsibilities:
- To be part of planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of Hospital.
- Managing Activities to reach out to patients directly and for creating awareness towards the health and hygiene
- Devising innovative doing Activities at Societies and Corporate.
- Responsible for creating brand of the hospital coordinating with different departments to formulate events.
- To coordinate camps, patient retention; follow up activities.
- To formulate internal branding activities.
- Monthly/Quarterly BTL Planning and Execution
- Coordinating with departments/doctors/employees for information
- To design and print hospital stationery and signage.
- To handle various CSR activities like Health Talk in institutions, corporates, schools, clubs and NGOs
- To partner with the corporate marketing teams and sales leadership team to develop the sales strategy for the zone in order to achieve the revenue targets.
- To maintain the database of the potential customers and send them monthly Newsletter about the activities of the hospital.
- To coordinate with Municipal corporation and traffic police for branding and promotion of the hospital through the media under them.
