    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our OTIS Middle Office Operations team. This role is in Pune, MH on Hybrid mode.

    The Middle Office Operations team will be responsible for maintaining and managing the entitlements of end users. This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Process account maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
  • Creating or configuring the entitlements for the end investors, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures
  • Monitor and reconcile account balances and transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Provide support and guidance to other team members on monitoring the BAU.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance client service.

    • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum years of experience in middle office operations, account maintenance, and account transfer activities
  • Flexible with shift timing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial products, instruments, and markets
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • The Middle Office Operations team member must be organized, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
