Job Description:
- Adapting to CRM.
- Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
- Coldcalling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling.
- Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone/dialer so as to convert the leads
- Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
- Counsel students for their career path in UG/PG etc.
- Handling chatbot inquiries.
- SMS copyright.
- Whatsapp sales communication.
- Reach daily and weekly sales targets.
- Proper followup and the documentation
Qualifications:
- Should be an Undergrad in any field.
- Should have good command in English both verbal and written.
- Any regional language is a plus. Hindi, English
- Basic knowledge about the sales process
- 6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 am to 7 pm)
CTC Range LPA + Incentives
