Position:
Trainer

Location:
Haridwar, Uttarakhand
Strong domain experience and technical expertise are mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Train ITI pass outs and trainees in proposed trades
Design training sessions and deliver micromodules
Conduct workshops and best practice sessions
Continuously develop and update their knowledge of the relevant industry
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve training sessions
Collaborate with other trainers to improve training quality

Requirements:

B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years of total work experience, with 5 years in the relevant industry and 3 years in training in proposed trades
Experience in training ITI/polytechnic trainees
Strong technical knowledge and domain expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong problemsolving skills
Proficiency in CAD & CAM software is essential
