Description

Duties

  • Check the product specs and check raw materials on the machine accordingly
  • Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for efficient use loaded on the machine and ready to use
  • Set up machines to start a production cycle
  • Start the machine and check the product output is as per specification
  • Effectively monitor production quality, quantity.
  • Assist the technicians and materials clerk as necessary
  • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain a safe and clean work space as per 5S
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations
  • Feeding raw material or parts to semiautomated machines
  • Feed raw material or parts to semiautomated machines
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
  • Test operation of machines periodically and fix issues that might occur during the shift and issues to be reqularly reported to the Maintainance and production heads
  • Check output to spot any machinerelated mistakes or flaws
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Manage the machine operating team
  • Effectively maintain activity logs for documentation purpose

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of mechanical tools and use of those tools
  • Problem solving skills of the mechanical tools and able to solve running issues of the machinery
  • Eduction of ITI Machine operator or line lead
years experience as a machine operator lead.

  • Leadership experience ( ability to lead the team and keep them in line of company guide lines and operations)
  • Problem Solving Skills: Machine operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
  • Attention to Detail: Machine operators will work with precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error. Keen attention to detail is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Machine operators will need to read and understand core problems, reporting the right issue, checking as per product specs

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
