  • Based on networking and research, provide good quality market intelligence to the business regarding the recruitment market, and build a pipeline/database of future talent.
  • Measuring staffing performance with regard to metrics focusing on time to fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and requisition aging
  • Selecting and leveraging assessment and competency based interviewing
  • Establishing, recommending and implementing innovative sourcing plans and process to HR and hiring managers
  • Managing relationship with key external search firm.

Requirements:

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
