Key Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the optimal operations of all vessels (Owned / Chartered in) of the Group.
Monitor vessels' movements/ETAs and update/send forecast of vessels on daily basis.
Optimize vessel operations and performance.
Effective communication and instruction with various stakeholders and counterparties on a daily timely basis, including master, agent, bunker supplier, charterers, project partners, Class and P&I club etc.
Liaise with agents and terminals to ensure vessels meet the port requirement and restrictions and optimize vessels' quick turnaround in port.
Support 24/7 operation and planning activities.
Provide full input and participate actively in the team processes.
Familiar with electronic voyage management system.
Take care of regulations and industry standards to ensure that the organization operates within legal parameters.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for maritime activities.
Coordinate the movement of vessels, cargo, and personnel to optimize logístical processes.
Supervise data quality and set up data flow process with vendors (launch providers, transportation vendors, hotels accommodations.
Cost Saving and Operation Efficiency.
Monitor performance of all vessels, including TC vessel and performance claims.
Build good working rapport and network with all destination port authority etc.
Any other responsibilities and adhoc duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications:

2nd Officer or Chief Officer or Radio Officer keen to work ashore on permanent basis.
Degree and/ or Diploma in Shipping / Logistics Studies, Commerce or its equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related experience in the marine / offshore industry. (Main Fleet / Offshore Vessels. (Tankers experiences preferred)
Deck Officers without shore experience with the right attitude and zeal to work may be considered
Possess good working knowledge in shipping operations
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess problem solving skills
Possess good business and numerical acumen with leadership & communication skills.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
