Description

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in TheSmallBigIdea, by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize business processes and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the media industry.

They will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Interpret data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the media, advertising, or marketing industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising technologies, and media buying processes is highly desirable.
