Create inclusive, circular and sustainable business models.
Professionalize waste workers.
We have change live of 2700 waste workers and want to increase the number to 5000 and more with coming year.

Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the ground team to collect and manage data.
Monitor and evaluate the data collected.
Comprehend the needs of the ground team and design activitybased modules capacity building modules accordingly.
Conduct research on social security schemes that could benefit waste workers.
Source resources and onboard experts to impart alternative incomegenerating skills to waste workers.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to management.
Get the opportunity to travel to various locations to understand the need and challenges of the waste workers.
Create reports and presentations based on data and reallife examples.
Collaborate with diverse teams to showcase highlights and success stories of professionalization of waste workers.

Key Skills:

Demonstrated aptitude and experience in computer skills including use and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with various personnel to share/ gather information.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple tasks, projects and priorities

Education and Experience:

Master's degree in a discipline like Development studies, Economics, Public policy, Social Work etc.
Fulltime professional with a masters and having 2+ years past experiences in development and social impact sector or Full time professional with bachelors and having 34 years past experiences in development and social impact sector.
Demonstrated aptitude and experience in computer skills including use and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with various personnel to share/ gather information.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple tasks, projects and priorities
