We are looking for the professional and responsible bidder for preparing and submitting proposals or bids to secure contracts, services, or projects from clients or organizations.

Responsibilities:

Winning Bids: Successfully securing bids and winning projects through online bidding platforms.
Bid Conversion Rate: Improving the percentage of submitted bids that convert into successful projects.
Revenue Generation: Achieving revenue targets by securing highvalue projects through effective bidding.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business opportunities.
Market Research: Conducting indepth research to identify potential bidding opportunities and trends in the industry.
Proposal Preparation: Creating compelling and competitive proposals that address client requirements and stand out from competitors.
Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competitor bids to strategize and improve the bidding approach.
Timely Submissions: Ensuring timely and accurate submissions of bids to meet deadlines.
Feedback Incorporation: Utilizing client feedback to continuously improve bidding strategies and proposal quality.

Business Expansion:
Exploring and tapping into new bidding platforms and markets to expand the business.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & inter personal skills, Flair for business development.

Online Bidding :1-3Years
