Spa Trainer - Colva, India - The Baywatch Resort, Goa
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for spa therapists and other spa staff
- Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and videos
- Conduct training sessions, both inperson and online
- Evaluate training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Work with the Spa Director to develop and implement spa policies and procedures
- Stay uptodate on spa industry trends and best practices
- Represent the spa at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as massage therapy, esthetics, or skin care
- 2+ years of experience as a spa therapist or other spa staff
- Experience in training and development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
