Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the wellness industry.

Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely responses.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of wellness programs or services.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.

Prepare and present reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and business growth.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our wellness services.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to business development efforts.


Qualifications:

MBA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
