We are currently seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team and drive our cold calling efforts to engage with real estate brokers.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling campaigns to engage with real estate brokers and commercial real estate professionals.
Identify and qualify potential leads within the target market through extensive research and effective prospecting.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Initiate outbound calls and follow-up on inbound leads to generate interest in our managed workspaces.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our workspaces.
Use persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections, answer queries, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
Schedule appointments and virtual tours for interested prospects, coordinating with our sales team.
Update call logs, lead status, and other relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
Prior experience in the real estate industry, specifically in cold calling real estate brokers and commercial real estate professionals, is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills to handle objections and close deals.
Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
