    Our organization is excited to announcethat we are looking for a talented and experienced MarketingExecutive for our Marketing department.

    As aMarketing Executive you will be responsible for developingmarketing strategies and campaigns for products and services. Youwill also be responsible for supervising the marketing plans alongwith the Marketing Manager.

    To be successful inthis job role you should have extensive marketing experience withgreat market research skills. You should be helping the team inplanning and executing marketing materials based on therequirements. Your main aim will be achieving company objectivesand improving their profitability.

    You should bepreparing a good and effective marketing budget on a monthly basis.In addition to this you should possess great communication skillsand the ability to manage multiple tasks. You should also possessamazing customer service skills and phenomenal people managementskills.

    Responsibilities



    • Developingand implementing effective marketing strategies and objectives.
    • Performing marketing research as per thecurrent requirements.
    • Working in collaborationwith the Digital Marketing team or other team members.
    • Creating marketing campaigns to promote theproducts and services of the company.
    • Exploring various advertising opportunities.
    • Preparing marketing materials such asbrochures pamphlets and others.
    • Monitoringmarketing activities and improving their performance.
    • Maintaining a healthy relationship with thepublishers and vendors as well.
    • Developingmarketing reports on a monthly basis and presenting them to theMarketing Manager.
    • Attending brainstormingsessions daily standups regular meetings as well as meeting withclients.
    • Preparing marketing budget andfinancial strategies according to the organizations goals.
    • Assisting in hiring and training marketingstaff if required.
    • Adhering to all the rulesand regulations of the company.

    Requirements



    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
    • Working experience as a Marketing ExecutiveMarketing Assistant or a similar role in the Marketing department.
    • Strong working experience in strategicmarketing planning.
    • Proficiency in Marketingsoftware or MS Office tools.
    • Handsonexperience with social media platforms such as Instagram TwitterFacebook and others.
    • Ability to work underpressure and prioritize tasks.
    • Outstandinganalytical interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Excellent networking skills.
    • Strong work ethics.
    • Exceptional oral and written communicationskills.
    • Ability to work in a team orindividually as and when required.
    • Ability tomanage and handle multiple tasks.
