Salary: 16,500 INR per month + 5% Incentive on every sale
Working Timing - 10:30 am to 5:30 Pm
Working Days - tuesday to sat

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients provided by the company and effectively sell term insurance policies.
  • Attend and actively participate in the 15-day training program, which includes classroom and floor training. Successfully achieve the minimum sales target during this period.
  • Build rapport with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide them with suitable policy options.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
  • Freshers with a maximum age of 25 years are preferred.
  • Fluent in Hindi, English, or any other regional language.
  • Possess an Android smartphone.
  • Confidence, strong communication skills, and a persuasive attitude.

Note:
Have to dial 130+ calls daily


Salary:
₹16, ₹16,500.00 per month
