Job Description for Sales Executive (GIVA)

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and aftersales services)
Answer customers' questions about specific products
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Crosssell and Upsell products
Ensure racks are fully and stocked (Coordinate with the Retail Team )
Ensuring Aesthetic displaying the stock (Coordinate with the GIVA VM team)
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Report customer feedback, Daily sales details, Daily Customer Walkin to the Team Stay uptodate with new products/services
Act as a bridge between the offline stores and the corporate office

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behaviour patterns
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic Analytical Skills
Track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication skills, relationship building
Ability to perform in fastpaced environments
Flexible to work various shifts
Familiarity with the local language
