Job Location:
Vadodara

Job Time: 9:30 to 6:00

Hardware troubleshooting
Reviewing, diagnosing and identifying operational or technical problems within a hardware device or equipment mainly PC, Laptop & Printers.
Replacing parts Like HDD, Motherboard, RAM, SSD, SMPS, Graphic card, Network card & devices ,Keyboard, Mouse etc.
IT Asset Management like. Assign/Retrieval of Assets and inventory management for our customers and office inventory. Coordination with
Vendors in case of item under warranty/AMC or direct claiming warranty to various company.
Biometric attendance system setup and management of realtime software and time office.
CCTV Management and access
Software troubleshooting
Scanning, identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems, errors and bugs in software.
Support on office software like MS office, mail and others.
Remote Support to users via any desk.
Networking troubleshooting
Identifying problems with a network through a rigorous and repeatable process and then solving those problems using testable methods.
Working on network switches, firewall, routers & network printers.
Firewall includes blocking& filter rule and controlling Fallover.
Website Developments
Web development can range from developing a simple single static page &website and Dynamic Website & webpage.
