Job Title:
IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in vendor and client management to join our dynamic team.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, with a strong focus on vendor management and client relationships.

Your primary goal will be to attract and hire top IT talent while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


Vendor Management:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and staffing agencies.
  • Collaborate with vendors to understand their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Regularly review vendor performance, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide feedback to optimize partnerships.
  • Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and drive improvements in vendor performance and deliverables.

Client Management:


  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their IT recruitment needs and align them with the company's capabilities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional recruitment services to existing clients.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding processes to secure successful placements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on vendor and client management.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industryspecific requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
