Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Works closely on various video projects with creative's, vendors, and contractors on production
  • Manages scheduling to meet project and client timelines
  • Scout and reserve locations, vehicles and other resources needed for production
  • Communicates daily with stakeholders, producers on project status and deliverables
  • Creates project roadmaps with milestones
  • Ability to operate within a budget and track expenses

Requirements & Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Proactive mentality
  • Ability to travel to location if necessary
  • Extremely good organization skills
  • Able to meet all deadlines when leading multiple projects with varying priorities

Experience and Education:


  • Intern/Fresher
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent degree
