We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive to join our team. This person should possess experience in Payment Gateway operations, honed customer service skill and a passion for technology & new systems. We value executives who are passionate about identifying roadblocks and obstacles in daytoday activities and will be innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common account problems. They typically report to an Assistant manager and are expected to closely work with other departments namely Refund, Tech, Logistics, CS Operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily General Ledger Reconciliation. Ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations. In case of Error, account for necessary rectification entries.
Ensure timely collections from Payment Gateways.
Validate partner invoices for accuracy. Ensure timely accounting the same in the system. Interface with PG partner to resolve discrepancies, if any.
Respond to Chargebacks within TAT and ensure all essential documents are submitted to the Payment Gateways to defend the Same.
Support all financial audit request related to internal and external audit.
Proactivity bringing issues to resolution by closely coordinating with all key internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance
23 years relevant experience in accounts Payment Gateway related activities in Ecommerce.
Knowledge of accounts payable functions and procedures
Problemsolving skills with strong problemsolving skills, general ledger accountants analyze data and search for inconsistencies, then reconcile inconsistencies and devise solutions to errors
Accounting functions general ledger accountants have knowledge of technical accounting functions and are experienced in financial record keeping and bookkeeping
Communication skills general ledger accountants use great verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with workers of all levels throughout the company
The ability to work accurately and independently.
Knowledge of Advance Excel & SAP is a must.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
An eye for detail along with excellent analytical skills.
Strong time and people management skills.
