Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research and development activities in the field of organic chemistry, focusing on synthesis.
  • Independently conduct literature surveys and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Develop new processes and products based on research findings.
  • Design experiments and propose synthesis routes for new products.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of R&D projects.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Mentor junior staff members and provide technical guidance as needed.

Skills Required:


  • Strong background in organic chemistry with handson experience in synthesis R&D.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage research projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for report writing and presentation purposes.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new processes and products.
  • Leadership qualities for senior positions, with the ability to lead teams and drive innovation

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹100, ₹400,000.00 per year


Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:
