Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure relevance of Learning Objectives.
Review content for relevance, accuracy, quality and alignment with Learning Objectives.
Ensure content is compliant with industry standards and best practices.
Ensure the language is simple and easy to understand.
Evaluate the appropriateness of images and other multimedia elements in the piece.
Suggest changes to the content to make it more effective or appealing to the audience.
Revise content to meet audience needs by adding or removing material
Provide relevant feedback to writers.

Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent research skills and ability to interpret information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English and Hindi.
Good team player.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficiency in working with recent versions of Microsoft Suite.
Positive attitude and a desire to produce measurable results.
Ability to thrive in a high work pressure environment.
Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
