Your responsibilities:

Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. You may have to assist shoots, act or give voice over sometimes.
Assist in developing social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and conversations relevant to the company's industry or target audience.
Schedule and post content on various social media platforms according to a content calendar. Ensure consistency in posting frequency and timing.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.
Analyze social media metrics such as reach engagement, and follower growth using tools like Google Analytics, etc., and provide reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Research social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on new social media features, tools, and algorithms to leverage them for better results.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate
Proficiency in English language.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
