Key Contributions

Data Maintenance

  • Understand and update all necessary systems, trackers, details for seamless management at all times
  • Regularly update and maintain the various trackers / reports / dashboards.
  • Carry ownership for every MIS/Dashboards and close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved
  • Prepare various Reports within relevant timelines
  • Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format using advanced macros and pivot tables.
  • Proven PowerPoint design skills to translate business strategy into professional presentations will be a value addition.
  • Assist zonal legal team and HO on data as and when required.
  • Ability to manage cases data in MS Excel.
  • Ability to conduct detailed daily reconciliation to ensure no miss outs in data of legal cases received/ legal notices received at HO/Zones
  • Provide various adhoc data/MIS/report to internal stakeholder.
  • Coordinate with HO and Zonal Legal managers on legal cases.

MIS Analysis

  • Database Mining, Adding and increasing the database.
  • Data Collation and Management
  • Putting data as per structure and manage data as per predescribed formats.
  • Analytic Reports and MIS
  • Create business intelligence reports to support Legal team.
