Sales Coordinator - Bengaluru, India - Tamara Leisure Experiences
Description
Develop, maintain and track Excel sheet on all lead related data for potential customers.- Maintain and track key trends and performances.
- SPOC for CRM automation.
- Follow up and close on any sales leads ( Institutional and Retail ) from respective sales heads.
- Sales Data and Sales MIS creation.
- First level escalation point for any referral partners.
- Develop sales Metrix with Commercial director and track performance on a weekly basis.
- SPOC for all referral doctors / partners for queries and payment related calls Requirements.
- Good communication and Inter Personal skills.
- Right business attitude and a team player.
- Strong knowledge and successful experience on data management
- Organized and proactive thinking and follow up.
- Startup experience an advantage.
- Data Analysis ( Excel sheet or other data tools ).
- Must have 5+ years of experience
