RESPONSIBILITIES:


Client Communication:
Sales Coordinators often act as a bridge between clients and the sales team. They may communicate with clients to gather requirements, answer questions, and provide updates on the progress of advertising campaigns.


Proposal Preparation:
They assist in creating advertising proposals and presentations for clients. This includes gathering data, creating visuals, and ensuring that proposals are polished and professional.


Sales Support:

Sales Coordinators help sales representatives by providing them with necessary materials, such as product information, pricing, and sales contracts.

They may also assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.


Order Processing:

They process advertising orders, which may involve verifying ad specifications, scheduling ad placements, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.


Campaign Management:
Coordinators often track the progress of advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are running smoothly and meeting client expectations. This may involve monitoring ad placements, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and making adjustments as needed.


Billing and Invoicing:
They may be responsible for generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues with clients.


Market Research:
Sales Coordinators may conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends. This information can help the sales team target their efforts more effectively.


Administrative Tasks:
This role typically involves various administrative duties such as maintaining client databases, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.

Salary:

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
