Performance Marketing Executive
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Implement and manage performance-based online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytical tools to gather and analyze data, providing insights on campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Conversion Optimization:
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing assets that align with campaign goals and target audience.
Budget Management:
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation to achieve maximum return on investment.
Assess and propose budget adjustments based on campaign performance and market trends.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations, incorporating new ideas into the marketing strategy where relevant.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, informing marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, online advertising, or digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools to derive insights and inform marketing decisions.
Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices.
Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and ad copy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable marketing goals.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
