Description

Client Communication:
Assist in communicating with potential clients, answering their inquiries, and providing basic information about properties.

Property Research:

Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, market trends, and comparable sales to help the sales team in providing accurate information to clients.


Property Showings:
Attend property showings with experienced agents, learning how to showcase properties to potential buyers and observing their preferences.

Sales Presentations:
Help in creating sales presentations and materials for clients, including property brochures, market analyses, and pricing comparisons.

Database Management:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client interactions, property details, and relevant notes.

Administrative Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and preparing contracts.

Lead Generation:
Contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients through online research, networking events, and referrals.

Market Analysis:

Assist in analyzing market data and trends to help the team identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Follow-up: Follow up with clients after property showings and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and gauge interest.

Learning and Training:

Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company to enhance sales skills, real estate knowledge, and industry understanding.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team, agents, and other interns to share insights, experiences, and best practices.

Networking:
Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to build relationships within the real estate community.

Shadowing:

Shadow experienced sales agents during client meetings, negotiations, and property transactions to gain practical insights into the sales process.


Market Intelligence:
Keep track of competitive real estate listings and their features, helping the team understand market dynamics and positioning.

Feedback Integration:

Provide input and suggestions based on observations and experiences to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Salary:
₹5,000.00 per month
