Position:
Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect for new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing them with personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Present and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits to answer their questions and provide relevant information.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all necessary documents and contracts are properly completed and signed by all parties involved.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as real estate agents, marketing professionals, and property developers, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Provide aftersales support to clients, assisting them with any postpurchase inquiries or concerns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Stay uptodate with the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven individual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Fresher & experienced both can apply.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
