Product quality improvement:


  • Early failure tracking
  • PDI Report Calibration at Plant
  • Establish issues with concerned agencies (CQA/Plant) and arrange for validated failed Parts
  • Monthly product performance report
  • Product information technical alerts
  • Product Field fix adherence & tracking
  • Tracking failures post countermeasure action.
  • Field Visit for product Issue capturing & proving
  • CFT

Warranty:


  • Warranty rejection reduction & Skew analysis.
  • High Skew dealer warranty Audit.
  • Dealers staff training on warranty process & discipline.
    C.

Repair Quality improvement at workshops:


  • Part replacement skew analysis
  • Replacement / skew part study.
