    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a skilled Recruitment MIS Specialist to join our HR team. The Recruitment MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Recruitment Management Information System (MIS) to support the organization's talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MIS administration and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Administer and maintain the Recruitment Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    2. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and configure the MIS system accordingly.
    3. Customize and configure workflows, forms, and templates within the MIS system to streamline recruitment processes.
    4. Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track recruitment metrics, KPIs, and trends.
    5. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    6. Provide training and support to HR users on the effective use of the Recruitment MIS system.
    7. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Recruitment MIS systems and technologies.
    8. Liaise with vendors and IT support teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system enhancements.
    9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies governing the use of recruitment data.
    10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Recruitment MIS system with other HR and business systems as needed.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as an MIS Specialist or similar role, with a focus on recruitment systems.
    3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
    4. Proficiency in Recruitment Management Information System (MIS) administration and configuration.
    5. Experience in customizing workflows, forms, and templates within MIS systems.
    6. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
    7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders.
    9. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    10. Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for recruitment data management.
