    Job Description:

    Role

    • Design/Redesign existing templates to report MIS according to the business need.
    • Bring more analytical views for any MIS reporting.
    • Clear and Sound knowledge in MS Excel including creating macros/templates.

    Responsibility

    • Effective reporting of staff production performance
    • Effective IRP Reporting to management.
    • Responsible for Hiring/Attrition/Shrinkage/CPH analysis and reporting to Management.
    • Responsible for doing daily/weekly system-based reporting of SLA or any other similar requirement.
    • Responsible for reporting Forecast vs Actual on stipulated time.
    • Responsible for ensuring 100% data accuracy and no rework
    • Design/Redesign existing templates to report MIS according to the business need.
    • Bring more analytical views for MIS reporting.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Commerce.
    • Highly Proficient in advanced MS Excel
    • Analytical and logical thinker
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Thorough knowledge in reporting staff performance, system performance, inventory reporting, attendance reporting, attrition analytics etc.

    Note:

    We are only looking out for an Immediate to 30 Days of notice period/serving notice.
