Description

What we want you to do:

  • Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory, including management of HoDs and giving support with respect to selection, positioning, training, day-to-day working and growth of competent team-members across all departments.
  • Coordination with different departments, internal and external stakeholders, vendors.
  • Ensure that inventory, logistics & stocks are maintained as needed.
  • Coordinate with various agencies for collections and dispatch of samples.
  • Ensure that the cleanliness conditions of the laboratory are impeccable and provide a safe/healthy work environment.
  • Ensure that the laboratory is compliant with NABL Standards at all times in theory/ documentation and more specifically, practice.
  • Continually explore ways for cost control and waste reduction and recommend the same to the management regularly.
  • Perform any other duty(s) as required to ensure that the control on operations is in place and be available with all support on the India expansion plans.
  • Plugin wherever required in the way of setting up laboratories across different cities.

What we expect from you:


  • Able to lead small projects independently.
  • Experience in handling patient data.
  • Efficient in handling excel sheets and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skill, verbal as well written.

What we are looking in you:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc Microbiology or Biotechnology
  • 24 years experience in diagnostic labs/hospitals
  • Problem Solve

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • NABL: 2 years (required)
  • SOP: 2 years (required)
