    Program Manager III

    The Expedia SEM Engineering team's mission is to build the best-in-class platform to enable marketing and optimize value for EG Brands. This platform powers critical company-wide use cases like SEM Account structuring, coverage, signals, RLSA management, Account hygiene, etc. by reducing ops time to market and providing scale of operations. The platform is used by multiple SEM Operations teams for growth and engagement efforts, as well as brand marketing efforts.

    What you'll do:

    In this role;

    • You will champion the agile software development lifecycle and know how various agile engineering practices can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing)
    • Lead and mentor development teams through scrum ceremonies
    • Report to relevant parties of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule
    • Lead increasingly technical projects with some supervised work on emerging requirements
    • Think holistically to improve processes, and increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
    • Coordinate with team members to execute unique ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals
    • You will be involved in different stages of the product development lifecycle from idea generation to bringing a product to market by supporting the different phases and improving product performance
    • Gain stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests
    • Communicate technical and business concepts confidently to mid-level management
    • Share your interests and passions with our fun-loving, active team

    Who you are:

    • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Program Management
    • Demonstrates a critical understanding of functional information (e.g., legal, data/metrics, and technical information) and can accurately answer relevant questions
    • Experience building clear, concise, and well-structured functional material (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages) and recommends improvements to existing material
    • Communicates a compelling rationale and narrative to peers and partners
    • Experience tailoring communications (content focus, style, format, etc.) and using data to make your point
    • Actively seeks diverse feedback on work and anticipates feedback to address it proactively
