Responsibilities:


  • Manage designated pipeline.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle handling the initial query to nurturing the lead, negotiation, closing the sale & contract rollout.
  • Overcome objections and win customer during customer engagement; identify solutions to issues and concerns.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets on revenue, lead conversion percentage & other related KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution.

Requirements:


  • 24 years of proven sales experience (preferably in hospitality/coliving)
  • Business level English. Proficiency in Indian languages will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrate sales aptitude (negotiation & closing) with relentlessly high standards.
  • Not intimidated by client objections.
  • Target driven and proven selfstarter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision.
  • Territory and pipeline management experience using a CRM.
  • Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent selfimprovement.
  • Knowledge of local market & hospitality.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service in a friendly, timely, and consultative manner using discovery principles to uncover the customer needs and matching to the appropriate Olive by Embassy offering or solution.

Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
