Experience in providing customer service support- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Providing help and advice to customers & staff
- Handling customer complaints/feedback or any major incidents
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
