Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project managers in organizing and executing projects.

This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Communication and Documentation
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in identifying project risks and issues.
  • Assist in developing mitigation plans for project risks and issues.

Qualifications:


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control.

Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
