Profile:

  • Accounts Receivables Executive(US Accounting)

Location - Mohali (On-site)

Job Timings - 5:30 p.m. (IST) to 2:30 a.m. (IST) - Night Shift
Monday to Friday (5 days working)


Prerequisite:


  • Fluent Communication skills in English_

Responsibilities:


  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
  • Keep tracks of Accounts Payable & Receivables.
  • Responsible for generating sales tax invoices to customers
  • Responsible to oversee tax matters with FBR & other Govt. agencies (with the help of legal consultant)
  • Responsible for looking after banking matters.

Note_ : US Accounting experience would be an added advantage


Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate


  • Work Experience

  • Fresher/Minimum months 1 year,

  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
