    In this role, you will:
    • Senior Risk Analytics Consultant in Corporate Risk Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for execution of data controls, data operations, data defect management, data governance, meta data management for corporate risk reporting & analytics.
    • Implement metadata strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective metadata governance in the department
    • Data Quality Management: Monitor and assess the quality of data used in the reporting, identify data anomalies, discrepancies, and inconsistencies. Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation checks, and data cleansing procedures.
    • Data Governance: Assist in the implementation and adherence to data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal data governance framework.
    • Data profiling and Analysis: Conduct data profiling and in-depth analysis to assess the overall quality of data and identify trends, patterns, and potential data issues & also to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Data Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes, rules, and issue resolutions. Create and update data dictionaries and data lineage documentation for risk reporting data.
    • Data Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of data quality processes and controls within risk reporting systems and data pipelines
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance data quality processes, data management practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with business users, data owners, and IT teams to communicate data quality findings, escalate issues, and provide recommendations for data improvement.
    • Support process training of new and existing team members.
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve business goals.
    • Partner with managers to coordinate data/ insights for team reporting
    Required Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of data quality, data governance roles, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • Strong knowledge of metadata concepts, data management principles and industry standards
    • Proficiency in metadata management tools and technologies (e.g., Collibra, Informatica metadata manager, IBM InfoSphere, etc.,)
    • Experience in data modeling concepts, data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    • Experience using multiple toolsets (SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar)
